Class Description:
Between 5 - 15 people per class, doing a rotating fitness routine on 15 different workstations.
Participants have 7 minutes warmup.
Then they do 30 mins activities, which includes activity at 15 different workstations. They do 40 seconds activity, then 20 seconds rest, then 40 seconds activity, then have 20 seconds to change to the next workstation.
Then there is 7 minutes cool down.
