About the Masseuse / Trainer

Hi I'm Donna,

I have a passion for fitness and relaxation massage, and I love helping people to get free of painful tension, stress, aches and pains through fitness and massage. 

My womans only group fitness classes run four times a week. We have a number of regulars who attend and are seeing great results. Training sessions focus on strength training and general fitness by running the group through a variety of different exercises.

My massage style is sensitive to your needs. Whether you have large muscles or deep aches which require alot of strength to effectively massage, or perhaps you're a smaller build who just needs a gentle massage to work out the kinks, I can help.

I studied and received my qualifications at Q Academy, Brisbane.
